I have some kind of sickness... 1998 - 2002 T-series, so 4x4 2dr & 4dr Blazers, in Chevrolet trim have leveling headlights as well.

Sorry Ed, that is incorrect. The quadrasteer axle has a 9.75" ring gear. IIRC, it is a Dana 60. There is a quadrasteer Duramax Suburban that has been custom built, it is a plenty strong axle...GM marketed it poorly.

You are welcome for the influence along the way. And the distractions. And the lighter wallet. :D I remember the first time I saw that truck, and then shortly thereafter the dash was out of it and my mind was blown.

Looks like an awesome project. Really excited that you did not go CTD on this build, love it when the 6.5 is still represented. I don't know if you need any more ideas/influence but here is one of the few CTD builds that I do like, this guy also went for strength and durability: Here.

I searched "dual wheel fender" in google, also looked at trailer fenders...there are some options out there...google time. :) Good luck.
