seems repetitive but all headlights on an 02

There is a screw (10mm head) on the inside of the box that holds the plastic electrical center to the inner fender, I always ground to this screw, that way everything is under the cover and you will never see it. The screw points towards the outside of the truck, horizontal, just about centered...

    Lucas Oil Stabilizer

From everything I have read its a waste of money, the correct weight and type of oil, changed at the appropriate interval, will not require any supplements.

    Wheel bearings

IIRC Dexter says to reset the bearing tension every year. Their manual gives the procedure and you can also find it online. I try to inspect mine every year if I am using it a lot, never ran into grease problems but have found the bearing load a little light a couple of times especially at the...

    Rotor removal....stumped

Its pretty common up here for the rear rotors to no want to come off, there is probably a rust ridge that prevents them from sliding, very similar to the way drum brakes are whent hey are very worn. Like the other psoter said, you will need a brake adjusting tool to back off the park brake pads...

How to empty the septic tank ?

I installed the tornado flusher in the side of the tank, it requires a hole in the side of the tank, the spray head spins and washes the inside of the tank. I hook a garden hose to the inlet plumbed into the side of my trailer and wait for the water to run clear ( I use a similar 30deg clear...

    XM service

The playlist changed slightly on Sirius 14,15 and 16 which were the main music stations I listen to, what I dont like are the lame DJ's that are on them now.... they need to STFU and play the music The Nascar channel is still good (other than Claire B Lang being annoying) and the rets of the...

    Ugh... Service Brake System?

If its the ECU for the ABS they can be repaired. I found a guy on E-bay that will fix it after you remove it and mail it to him. Only problem is you cant drive the truck while its removed, you cant get any dirt or moisture in the part thats still on the truck. You may be able to find a new one...

    Ugh... Service Brake System?

You can test the front sensors by disconnecting the weather pack coupling and spinning the wheel, it should generate something like 300ohms, no signal equals an out of adjustment (needs cleaning) or a faulty sensor. I dont know how to check the one in the T-case. Every one that I have fixed has...

    Pulling a bumper hitch camper?

Just because you have airbags doesnt mean that you dont need a weight dist hitch. Without the WD hitch all of the trailer tongue weight is on the rear axle, the WD setup will distribute the weight more evenly making for better braking and handling. IIRC friction sway controls are not advised for...

    Which sat radio?

I have had sirius for 2 years now, for me, the merger was not a good thing. The 2 stations I listened to most (besides Nascar 128) were 14 and 15 which used to be album type classic rock, now they are filled with top 40 crap and DJ's that push their voices that I dont care to hear, the 70's...
