My guess would be media previews, we had some rain that day so they may have been planning around that. Its hard to drive by and see all those nice shiny new trucks but my trusty 2005 is gonna have to make it at least 5 more years....
I went past the plant last night and they have quite a few trucks in the shipping yard. I figured something was up when I saw a big white tent with a lot of lights in the lot.
I was considering adding an Ipod adapter until half the lights quit working on my stock radio, I replaced it with a Kenwood that has the USB cable allowing me to control the Ipod and charge it. A huge improvement in sound quality and all the features I wanted for less than $200. I never realized...
I was just in that area of Yellowstone in June, some idiot was gored the first day we were there. The level of stupidity of people is astounding, I cant believe that more arent killed there based on what we saw.
I saw a guy come rolling into the campground when we were in W. Yellowstone with a wheel that looked just like the pic, I dont think he had any idea it was gone.
I lost pressure in one a few years back in FL and saw it losing rubber, got off the road before it really came apart but it was...
Not sure what wire you are talking about. The direct connect that I use is placed on the back of the radio, you unplug the antenna and plug it into the DC module and then plug the male antenna lead off the module into the radio. The remaining wire plugs into the dock.
Go to Crutchfield and they will answer all your questions. IIRC you can use a direct connection to that allows you to use your dockable radio and use the radio controls on your OEM radio, the other option would be to install a dock using the direct connect via the antenna wires and then hide...
I just had to order BOTH for my 05 with only 61k on it. I can understand one going bad but both at the same time kinda screams out defect to me. They arent making any noise, I just checked them a month ago when I did the brakes and there wasnt any slop in them. I started to notice the front end...
Speed wont be a problem, I typically run 65 mph with the trailer. Although this truck would probably pull that trailer right up to the speed limiter I prefer to be a little safer than that, plus the mileage goes down fast after 2000rpm.
There should be a large fuse (pal type) that goes in the underhood electrical center. It will be marked post #1 or post #2. Some models did not have the ring terminal connected from the factory. On my 05 I had to remove the cover of the underhood center, unravel the tape on the wire bundle and...
Hard to beat E-bay. I replaced all of the lamps on my travel trailer, decent quality and enough selection where I was able to get a direct match. The biggest thing was knowing the distance between the screws so you dont have to redrill.
