Warning: eDAM World, aka King Tires, aka Joeyeraif, aka P Pelt

True, but I don't think its fair to paint Edam as = to Steaksauce.

Warning: eDAM World, aka King Tires, aka Joeyeraif, aka P Pelt

My D-Tech from Edam worked fine, not that I'm discounting what's been said, just saying that he doesn't sell 100% crap. I got a 100% NEW D-tech, which is what I wanted.

    circulating tank heater

You usually splice into the heater core supply for those types of heaters, that way it ensures positive pressure. ON EDIT: wow I totally confused that for a FUEL tank heater, I'm an idiot. For a coolant heater they are usually spliced into the lower rad. hose I think. There is a pic of a...

    Removing MAF sensor

It will not limp you, it will code. That was my experience from my 98 "s"... Never defueled until I over boosted, and I had my MAF and EGR all sorts of messed up.

    Guys, I need your advice

I'm a diesel guy right down to the core, so I'd vote to put a oil burner under the hood. I'm looking at getting an old International D-30 or KB-6 or -7 and dropping an International DT360 (or DT466 if it fits!!!) in there with a manual tranny and making one sweet truck.

Now it was mentioned to put a bigger turbo on... this 6.5 would be a centermount turbo right? What are the options with a centermount?

    Test drove trucks, weird observations?

No bio stations up here yet, so thats not a possibility, plus the smoke was deff. diesel scented. This guy was certainly NOT making his own fuel either! haha

    6.5TD DB2 vs 6.2 DB2

i"ve also read that the "DB4" is only available from peninsular, and that it needs to be mounted 180* from normal, meaning custom injector lines

    Test drove trucks, weird observations?

My best friend and room mate here at the Academy is looking for his first vehicle, and after being in my old 6.5 for so long, he thinks he wants to get into the 6.5 game (not to mention I'm ramping up to ditch my 08 in favor of a 6.5!) So today we went to look at some local 6.5's for sale...

Yea, I know exactly what you mean. Based on that thread about the CTD, you should be back on track with the Dodge though right?
