With spring loaded wastegate :) And yes I know that it´s too muck boost. It was at 12psi until changed straight 3" exhaust. After that it jumped there. I usually don´t press so much accelerator that boost rises over 10-12 psi.

I ordered new from Ebay, I think that is wrong model for -95 truck. It is that more streamlined model, I think it should be that boxy lookong am I right?
Could this happen even when there is no SES light? I have peak boost about 17 PSI and still no SES light? :eek:
I installed "adjustable resistor controller" witch has #3, #5 and #9 with extra little bit (82Kohm). After this there has been no code about over boosting...
I have done quite a lot of work with gasser turbo engines, but diesel is somewhat new to me. So I´m intrested about how mixture is controlled in these engs.
Is the amount of fuel based on MAP or TPS? Can these things go lean?

I have had this truck couple of years and just at this week I found out that it has factory keyless entry system. I have the remote and I thought that just battery has run out. Changed battery but no, nothing happened. I don´t know what button is what because they are so worn, but nothing is...
Some? Could you describe? :) That doesn´t keep on rotating when I give it some speed, it will stop almost inmediatly but it don´t feel like that it had much resistance either...
I´ve had that in my mind too. Here is now about -10 to -15*C so I believe that I could run few kilometer without fear of overheating. My suspects are now fan clutch failing and/or tension pulley wheel. Air conditioning compressor is quite new and not in use (no fluids inside so it won´t go on)...
That also and just basic principles how that pump actually is built and how it works. I still have in my truck that powerloss thing and I´m just wonderin has that something to do with IP and what could be the faulty spots.
