best i can tell a wire rubbed with a fuel line between the fire wall and bell housing and up it went......still have a bunch of goodies for the 94.....will post pic's soon...
the burb in my sig died a under hood fiery death.....now i have a one 1 year old that will get a lot of good parts for the 94 i just got!!!!.....stay tuned!!!!:eek:
this is on the 93 K3500......was havin'(from i could tell) heat soak issue and was cranckin' a little longer than normal to start cold.......i get a reman IP from pensacola diesel get it all put in and bleed it all out.....after runnin' the batt's dead 3 times it would start,rev and run for...
it was rebuilt about 4 years ago...the rebuilder said he updated something i just can't remember what....it that an update most rebuilders do?...the kit posted above won't take care of that?
ok my burb is a 95 and a buddy has a k3500 that's a 93 that had a 6.5 in it from the factory has a gas 350 in it now and is parting it out......will the 93 4l80e work in the burb?......
it's comin' out the top of the tube....seal is fine.....no codes......it was never over filled........just started 2 days ago all was fine before....last heavy tow was over 4 months ago!! .....i guess with 230k+ on it just must be time for it to go.....
the burb is blowin' fluid out the filler tube......it's not runnin' hot 160f to 180f......doesn't do it all the time.....sometime when it idiein' and sometimes when i shut it off.....it slips when you first take off when cold.....then when warm it after you stop and shut it off then start it and...

google South Bend Clutch....they have a setup to replace dual mass.....have had 1 in my 93 for over 3 years and i have not been kind to it.....still locks up tight!!!!
there is no ECM on mine 93 mechanical injection and 5 speed......it's just a temp switch makes below 85f and open above 85f......ECM controlled by temp type rheostat for high idle and advance.....
