This will be the second winter that I'll run without a engine fan. I plan to pull it off soon. Makes a big difference on warm up time, allows the temp to actually rise enough to get the interior warm.

Well today was the day. I ordered both bottom and top seat heaters for both front seats. Getting cold out these days and I couldn't put up with it anymore. I ordered Dorman heaters off Amazon.

I clicked 500k. I have no idea how long they last. The engines are good, but everything else that GM bolted to it probably won't last that long lol.

Around these parts it's 4x4 all the way. Not sure how much snow you get, but why bother screwing around with a 2 wd?

I may try the Kirkland brand batteries. I hear there really good.

Seeing this thread is just another reminder to buy new batteries soon. Mine look old as the hills...but still crank the truck over haha. I don't trust them though. I was using a 12v pump the other day hooked up to one of the batteries and after about 2 hrs use, the truck barely started.

Thats a good looking truck. Needs bigger and more aggressive tires though. I should be able to afford one in about 7 years.

My pc is like 6 years old. I know I need to upgrade soon, problem is that means 5-600 bucks. I'm gonna ride it out!

Congrats for moving into the D-max. I also went from a 6.5 into a LLY. These trucks are no comparison to the old diesels. Hope the LLY treats you well.

Years ago I bought a new RC10..then a few more haha. I modified the batteries for more power LOL. By the end of things, I sold it all on Ebay. I even sold the original Team Associated cardboard box it came in. Guess some guys will collect anything. I always said if I'm getting back into it...

Once a month...or so for me. The embarrassing part is I operate a mobile cleaning service haha. I wash mostly houses and commercial concrete though. I get made fun of at times, but oh well I try to keep er clean.
