Sorry, no pics, my buddy dumped the culprit junk before I could.
As far as the flush goes, most people use a garden hose, but I didn't have that luxury. I removed the line from the therm housing.( I have the DIY quick connect deletion mod). I added about 6 feet of clear hose to that aluminum...
I just had an interesting experience today. Haven't been "here" for a while, but thought this would be of use to those who experience the same symptoms I had. Since a bought my truck, almost 4 years agoa, it had medeocre(spelling?) heat. Couldn't figure it out, cleaned out the core fins, changes...
There is nothing I can say that will help relate to your loss, I pray God grants you peace and strength to deal with this day by day, and that you can be strong for your family that remains. I am praying for you and your family!

My friend diesel mechanic said about 30 seconds of slow idle prior to engaging it. It all depends on how cold. The 1070 isn't that much faster than stock, so it probably wouldn't hurt anything, the 1300 setting is a little fast for a cold engine.
1070 RPM- ground pin B8
1360 RPM-ground pin B7

Electronic 6.5's
All electronic injected "drive by wire" 6.5s have provision for a fast idle for PTO...
What I mean by 2 position is it has center as off, and the 2 on positions, up and down, either side of center. So in my case each on position has a wire going to the pcm, but the switch has only one ground wire and both on positions use the same ground. That way you only need one switch, 2...
I got my high idle mod done today. What a sweet thing that is!:D My truck warmed up twice as fast. For those of you who have already done this, you know what I'm talking about, but if you haven't, and you live in the "great white north", I would highly recommend it. I can't believe I...
