I would pull the filters out of the pumps and clean them, maybe the pressure will come back. Is the trucks performance getting worse? The same or just noticed pressure was down? Maybe try pulling the filters and running without them.

I really liked my hypertech on my '05. Strong smooth power that's safe. I could get a little smoke out of it and hang right there with guys with their edges turned up. Way less smoke than the edge too. I usually saw 700-800 EGT's while cruising and as high as 1300 loaded down.
When in doubt, FLOOR IT!! If you go by yourself, tell someone where you are and when you plan on being back. Come-along's and shovels are your friends when you bury it. Winch even better. A good, thick strap is better than a thick chain anyday in my book.
DPF = Diesel Particulate Filter
Regenation or Regen = Raw fuel added to exhaust to clean the DPF of soot. This heats exhaust temps to 1000*-1150*. Takes 15-30 min. of driving to complete. MPG's drop during regen and most of the time you will not be able to tell if your in regen powerwise...
Can you turn the flow up from the lift pumps? It could be that simple. FPRV could have went bad, if so, get PPE's shim kit or race valve for the fuel rail. LVL 6 pulls a lot of fuel.
