In PA there is also the catch all that any modification that isn't an OEM option is grounds for failure of state inspection. And up to the discretion of the inspection mechanic. (greatly paraphrased of course!)
If it runs, and the tin work isn't too bad, that could be a fair price. Depends on what they go for in your area.
They are a nice little tractor. Small enough to play with and not break the bank, but big enough to have fun with.
I was never much into the little tractors. I have pulled a JD210 and a JD318 before, but unless you run the supermods or smoker deisel class, not enough adrenelin in it for me. I would enjoy building one of the smoker deisels though, thoes garden tractors are badass!
Now if ya want to talk...
I really wanted to, but it looks like I have to go to a friends wedding that night.
Another friend is taking his Ford, not sure If he will pull but he might.
I've had a number of others and am really sold on the P3. I wouldn't go any other way now. And you can find them fairly cheap (~$125) in comparison to many other not so good models
P3 works great on any size trailer. It is easy to adjust and is as smooth as they get.
The P3 is...
Thats a great place to start. Tons of info on there. Just not the most user friendly place.
Depends a ton on the condition. And you just need to find the right market. I've seen great stuff sell for pennies or a pile of junk sell for a bunch.
I just sold a truck with the perfect combo for what you want. '94 12V NV4500 4x4. Guy was gonna part it out to build something with. He bought the whole truck for not much more than you can get a low mile engine for alone. $5K
Trying to get one mounted in mine. Had/have one in every other of my rides.
Just need to find a good place to mount it and the antenna and run some wire.
My truck tows my other toy to the trails!
Pics are old, but I hope to make some new shots here in a couple of weeks down in Harlan KY!
Just got done building this, now I gotta go try it out!
