Anyone running a Turbo Blanket on their HX40WII

That was one of my biggest concerns is keeping the under hood temps in that area down. Just looking at all the components in the immediate vecinity of the hot turbine housing, a little shielding can't hurt. After i get my blanket i will most likely get some of the other components in that area...

    HX40W-II Swap some pics

A quick update after a couple days of commuting to work. I love this turbo, not only for the sound (which is sweet) but the performance is great. The burb seems to pick up speed with much less effort, especially at higher speeds it doesnt hit a speed wall like it used to. Apart from the turbo...

    HX40II Turbo Install

Some pics of my install, still have some details to tend to (finding a better spring is one) but the burb loves it, the engine sounds much more relaxed, and when i get on it, its all go! Spools quick, no black smoke and lower EGT's.

    Intermittent SES light

OK Thanks, just got the code and unfortunately its 36. I also went to swap out my PMD with my extra but come to find out my extra is bad lol. The good news for the day is that with the warm weather we are having my truck has not thrown a code today at all and still runs like a champ.
