No , unfortunately the one's from autozone are barely worth anything. You need something like the tech II or compatable scantool. If i was closer i would gladly come over with a good scanner and help y'all!!
Sounds like it isn't building any pressure. DO NOT attempt to drive it as it will ruin the clutches very fast . First of all check your grounds and make sure they are clean and hooked up. Could well be a wiring problem. Do y'all have access to a scan tool?
Customers keep bringing work in and my engine gets pushed farther into it's little corner. Some days i think about quitting working and go be the people greeter at Walmart.:hello::hello::eek::hihi:
He got another pump he is working on while driving this one. He needed a vehicle to drive so he just put a pump together that gets him around while working on other stuff.
If you don't do a few mods for alternative fuels you will have issues. But after 100,000 miles or more of burning up 100% wmo i have yet to have a problem .... direct or indirect injection.
Cumminsfevers 10 bolt held 500 hp for a long time and still runs fine and gets abused every time it gets run! Thats behind a manual trans that has gotten boost launched more times than we care to remember.
Yep, that's what I'm thinkin, i also want to do some testing with alternative fuels and marine injectors and a pump modified specifically for this engine!
Ahh, not sure I'll get to dyno this engine this month. We've been really busy working in the shop so I've not had time for my own engine to get back together. But once it does run it'll get put on the rollers, then it gets a turbo!
