Don't kid yourself on the ability of a small plunger pump. It will put 10mph on a 360 hp duramax in a quarter mile ....

Chill .... I think his pump maxed out at 160cc but I'm not exactly sure. We have a 29 plunger pump that spools an hx-55 that easily pegs a 30 psi gauge an it runs right with his truck.
