I thought the PCM sent a 5v signal out to the PMD, If that's the case, keeping that signal shouldn't be to hard. The hard part would be timing the IP's so they are the same I would think.
Those XDF files were built for a specific calibration ID, don't remember which one though. The different calibration ID's have a different XDF file that is slightly different. I've disassembled three different bins that I have and built files for them and they have different addresses for each...
another way to test for a blown head gasket is to start it up run 5 min shut down come back in half hour and open radiator cap. if there is pressure you've got a blown head gasket. just had to change mine out
14 bolt can be made into a steer axle with dana 60 inner and outer knuckles and axles seals it seals from summit quite a few of them running around up here.
