Cool, thanks. Anyone have any injector lines for sale or can I make one with something like brake line and rubber hose?

The colors are black, yellow, red, and purple. And I feel a little dumb now because I took those clips off, thinking they weren't important. So I guess that's another self inflicted wound.

It is the same one that broke on me before that's broke now. I guess maybe I had that injector line and the one that sits next to overlapped (they kind of go over and under each other at a certain point) wrong, so having extra pressure on it and the vibrations from the motor must be breaking it...

My bad, I think it's just an air bleeder, but whatever it is this one has it. And I got it installed. I'm still having some of the motor shakiness problem but I haven't taken it for a test drive yet. We're playing with the timing for a bit to see if that helps any.

I haven't this problem since I swapped to a drop in 6.2. I've had all kinds of problems though with both motors and motor components, but I think that's expected from a 26 year old vehicle...haha. Oh, and I don't use any lubricants for the fuel. So perhaps I should start with the fuel filter...

As far as the fan goes I did notice the new one (its not brand new, it came with the drop in motor i bought 4-6 months ago) seems to spin a lot easier when I push it with my hand than the old one, so maybe the problem lies there.

I thought the fan/clutch was one unit? I only changed the fan and pump no clutch. I hope the rad isn't bad because it's only 4 -6 months old. Also the thermostat, I didn't change because its only about 4- 6 months old, should I have changed anyway?
