    The guys i know that are running most of the brands listed are having good service. Most of the applications are high draw CB or audio setups. I will add that these are high-output applications, although i am sure they sell stock output alts. I didn't post links because of possible conflicts...

    You could try Mean Green Alternators, Motor City Reman, Alterstart, db electrical, or Powermaster (to name a few). Most of these are choices for the CB and car audio guys, although I am sure there are others out there.

    On my 96 the front tank is 22 and the rear is 18. Don't know if the 92 is the same or not.

    I don't know about your 06, but the lug pattern on the Ford wheels is metric and wont work on the 90s models. Tried one on my 96.

    Always been told to look at the side opposite of the pull. Pull to the right look at left brakes.

    If that wire is on pin A6, it goes to the VSSB according to my simple manual. Must have been pinched or broken.

    It still wouldn't hurt to monitor your fuel pressure. With good pressure from the LP, The IP should not suck air into the system at the fuel manager.

    High Idle "Hic-Up/Fishbite"

    Do you notice any smoke when this happens? The reason I ask, is because I am having a similar issue. I put a hair dryer on the IP and one on the FFM for about an hour Friday and it did not do it, so I am going to experiment some more today.
