You could try Mean Green Alternators, Motor City Reman, Alterstart, db electrical, or Powermaster (to name a few). Most of these are choices for the CB and car audio guys, although I am sure there are others out there.

On my 96 the front tank is 22 and the rear is 18. Don't know if the 92 is the same or not.

Looks like you need to go over grounds and electrical connections.

I don't know about your 06, but the lug pattern on the Ford wheels is metric and wont work on the 90s models. Tried one on my 96.

Yeah he is, unless he has changes. He is running it on an 18:1 motor at around 22-28 pounds of boost.

Always been told to look at the side opposite of the pull. Pull to the right look at left brakes.

Last time I weighed my 96, loaded with fuel and some extra disks, it came in at a meager 11,280 lbs.

If that wire is on pin A6, it goes to the VSSB according to my simple manual. Must have been pinched or broken.

It still wouldn't hurt to monitor your fuel pressure. With good pressure from the LP, The IP should not suck air into the system at the fuel manager.

Would the comb out of an old soot trap work? Do you still have your old one?

Do you notice any smoke when this happens? The reason I ask, is because I am having a similar issue. I put a hair dryer on the IP and one on the FFM for about an hour Friday and it did not do it, so I am going to experiment some more today.
