For your year truck I am pretty sure GM makes a few different load ratings. You might want to check with a dealer or a online factory parts place to see what they offer per your vin and other options.
What? Cognito lift not taking a H2? Who are you taking to, thats not right. Let me know whats up buddy and I will get you all handled so you don't put yourself in a corner with things fitting right.
WOW,, you guys are funny. 12" blocks...wow!!:nono:
I want to say the pin's are 9/16's also. Are you thinking of going 2". That dually will be pretty raked again with 2". I would take a fender spec in the rear and the front and then put a drop hitch in and use it to take a floor jack and...
I have found Bilsteins work great on any of these 3/4 or 1 ton trucks. Just have to make sure they are the proper fitment for the best results and you will be happy with them.

I don't have a longer shock package set up for that year. Haven't had anyone ask before.
We offer a 4-pack for guys that are leveled in the front and using up to a 2" rear block. Our site states 1.5" block but a 2" will be OK still. We ship to Canada so let me know if you would like to purchase a set.

Ha ha, yea we have done the cast to steal before and it takes alot of talent to get it to hold. I am not a welder (well, JB weld:h) but some of my top welders I have had in the shop have told me of the reasons it makes it real hard, if I am right it's the pours of the cast and you have to heat...
The pitman and idler arms are cast so welding that to the metal will not be that easy. I have a ton of trucks running larger tires and not having problems like this. Really think it's a fluke :frown5:
Hey by the way nice looking Boxer  We have a male thats about 9yo and I have had...
They are a great upgrade to help the idler and pitman last about 3 times longer than with out. You just want to make sure you have idler and/or a pitman arm that is not showing a ton of slop/wear before adding them on. They are a brace not a fix to a sloppy joint in the socket of either arm...
