Styrofoam and wire is pretty cheap.
there is some good stuff there, I liked the one one increasing a laser's power.
had an old and new sensor go out. old one went out after coolant system upgrade, the new one was intermittent, sometimes od would work sometimes not. the big clue was watching the rpms at idle- normal 600 then jump to 850. Have read lots of posts with similiar issues, seems the ect switch is...

gauge size is #4, no difference on rpm. problem started during the middle of a haul. so I do not believe pulley size is a factor. The alternator is an autozone 105a gold. I forgot this is the 3rd alternator as 2 months ago the bearing in the duracrap one went out in houston.

I used Heath's LP, have not done feed the beast, but get 2.5 psi @wot, 5.5 cruise and 8 at idle. never had it zero out, stock pumps almost always zero'd. don't know about walbro.
lets give this guy some credit---more power, better mileage and lower EGT's!!! (No gauges:dupe:?)
lifetime warranty to boot---wait, is that lifetime on the motor or me??? or lifetime as in the first hill where the pistons melt and head gasket blows? gotta give credit--he's not far behind...
you need an oil return hose on the turbo that is made to stand up to the chemicals in the oil and contaminates. I searched on line and found a distributor that sells silicon hoses for applications including turbo in various sizes and lengths- will try to find.
