Yes, the wrap and blankets were installed after the A-Team was in and running. Not too difficult. Must confess, my best mechanic actually installed. He has one of those elevated creepers. Not fair!! I do need to add some photos to show where the wrap is around the turbo exhaust inlet...

I would tend to believe that the computer controller may give better mileage than a TM, however I don't have any data to support that. I do have some data to support that there is significant mileage improvement by removing the vacumm pump, adding an A-Team Turbo and a Kennedy Diesel fuel...

It looks like mutuva wrapped after installation. Or perhaps installed to get the turbo outlet elbow orientation dialed in, then removed to wrap. You can clearly see from his photos that the silver turbo wrap covers the elbow wrap. I guess one could wrap the elbow, set it on the turbo...
