It basically copies everything on the hard drive and sends it to a new hard drive. I took my puter in and had it done when I had an issue. Also tripled my hd capacity at the same time.
They checked the compression and said it was low on two cylinders. I can see that as I had a quiet kind of popping going on until the bigger one started. So that to me does make sense. I didn't tell them that though. I just said if they think they can replace a part here or there to try that...
You think you are having a bad day, we went camping last week and I said to my wife, The engine is making an awful bad noise. My thinking is it is valve train related. We made it home towing the trailer so that was good. Once we had everything unloaded I took it in to be fixed. Right now it is...
I bought two of these http://www.ebay.com/itm/Silicone-hose-straight-Double-Hump-Coupler-63mm-2-5-100mm-Long-Anti-Vibration-/160918051802?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2577769bda and four t-bolt clamps, I then went down to Midas and got a small piece of exhaust pipe to put...
I know that hill very well, will be going up it in a couple weeks. You must have been unloaded. What was your speed at the top. I'll be lucky if I can keep it at 40 mph. But I will be loaded up with all the toys and trailer
X2, I have seen 1400 on my gauge. It was then that I backed off the fuel. That was 2 years ago and haven't had any problems. I also run w/m so can keep my foot on the fuel for a lot longer duration.
what kind of injections, water - meth or HO injectors. I have both, well the injectors are from Heaths so they gotta be good. The turbo I have is an ATT and I'm sure you'll like the upgrade even more over time. It'll also pay for itself in fuel savings over time.
would he not be better off putting a cummins in or is it about the same 100 hours of work. Were it me, I'd sell my truck, buy a dmax or cummins and be done with it. At least selling your truck means you get some cash for it, you also save the cost of swapping everything and use that cash towards...
Here is 4 pics, the 1st pic is without the flash standing directly behind the truck 3 hours past sunset so yeah it's dark here. Kinda odd where the pic is brighter without the flash. And the lights below the license plate, they are 35 watt halogens. And I just noticed I have a burned out stock...
2000 should have an allison tranny with dmax engine.. You could make it fit but best be done with a dmax and tranny swap. It has been done by ferminator. read these posts...
All I can add is I had my injectors and ecm replaced through Heath. Sure I could have cheaped out but I bought from Heath based on reputation and a willingness to stand behind his product. I had asked B&D diesel here in Canada to not beat Heaths price but would they at least match it. I got...
I too am looking to replace my factory radio but I plan on yanking it out and putting a new brand name radio in there like Alpine or Sony. Funny thing is I don't think I'm gonna get one with a cd player. Apparently if I get one with bluetooth, I can stream music from my cell phone right to...
I'd be careful and keep an eye on it if you load the truck up or tow with it. I made a t/m once and it was all good unloaded but had to back the spring off when I had the trailer hooked up.
were I you, I'd order these http://www.autopartstomorrow.com/queries?landed=true&number=12T92E&commit=Search+Now Just make sure they fit your truck year, I know they fit my 98.
I agree, 200 is a bit pricey but I got in on a group buy so got 20% off. If you use the code " inmate " you get 10% off. There is a guy on Ebay selling what I think are the same lights. He offers free shipping while I had to pay for shipping...
