he cut away the material around the valves that shroud them and pressed in hardened valve seats i think. Thats where his compression drop came from. Might wanna double check those threads to make sure i remember correctly.

Just need the spacer with long injectors the way i understand it. iaintscared1969 off dp is who i got the spacer from. Its a nice laser cut piece and fits perfectly. It is tight. I actually ubolted the motor mounts and used a cherry picker to lift the engine up about 4 inches to tighten all the...

Dude. Chill out. Seems to me that you are getting all bent out of shape because the majority of the people chiming in don't agree with you. If you believe there are big gains to be made with a cam change, do some testing and post up your findings. I too am curious about this subject and would...

Banks Sidewinder vs GM 6.5 turbo setup

Just send the guy a pm. Hes on ih8mud.com alot more since he's a land cruiser guy. He charged me 30 or 40 bux i think. Well worth not chasing down different injector sets.

Banks Sidewinder vs GM 6.5 turbo setup

Well, it's hard to figure out how much is bullshit and how much is truth when it comes to doing a 6.2t with gm parts. It's surprisingly hard to find people who have done it. I have seen pictures of injectors off both engines and the 6.5 injectors are quite a bit shorter. The angle of the 6.2...

    So I got a CUCV

They mount just like factory except for where the frame connector is. The side supports look the same. At the frame, they just use longer grade 8 bolts to go through the shackle inserts to the frame. Theres a local guy that parts out cucv's whenever he can get them. Usually makes his money...
