Remove heads from engine then remove pre cups from heads install new precups then install heads with new gaskets and ARP head studs.

Same here I can grab 3 gears doing a boosted launch before it stops spinning and grips in.

. Agreed 18-19:1 would hold boost numbers that high alot better over the stock comp. I have mid to high 17 compression on my "built" engine and love it. The other one with the twin turbos is even lower then that and I still Have no complaints on it at all.

Running 38-40 psi with stock compression on a stock bottem end that does not suprise me one bit that Somthing let go. I'm sorry to hear that it happend I know how much time, effort and money goes into a build.

Haha i have a duramax and i still wrench on 6.5s more often then most guys on this fourm. Not becaues i half to i do it for the challange! more of a hobby of mine, it shure is fun beating my buddys vortec 5.3s and hemi's with my old 6.5 :)

what were you peaking at for boost during the time it was running?

I was thinkin ship it to the boarder then i could pick it up there. Im not to sure what it would cost. I guess that would depend on if its the bare block or with heads crank, pistions ect.

Thanks guys, I olny wish it would peak over 4000 rpms but it still goes good as is.
