Installed Flowmaster 17220 Kit on my brothers 94 K3500 SRW 5 Speed. Had clearance issues with the crossover pipe and the external slave cylinder. Resolved with some localized heating and beating. Nothing drastic, but not a bolt on for his/this vehicle with manual transmission.

PCM sensor is attached beside the valve body which is located in the sump/trans pan area.

1/1994 K3500 6.5 came factory with a cat. Here is a pic of the inside at 165,000 Miles. Cant see light thru it.

If its for your 95, just get a belt for the 92-93, they didnt have a vacuum pump, but same belt/acces system.
