Where to buy relay sockets online?

I purchased some Bosch micro relays and connectors from Terminal Supply Company. They didn't have a problem with a small order but don't make the mistake of giving them your real phone number unless you want to hear from them every few months.

vacuum delete belt length for 95?

I'd think someone that could produce a matrix with the proper belt size for a given configuration through the years of the 6.5 could achieve sticky nirvana.

    Welding up the rear axle

I know a lot of my ideas are...well, I'd prefer to call them unconventional. Away, my rear axle is weeping at three places - both rosettes and a gasket. Since I'm looking to prep the truck for a heavy pull and the tongue weight will vary significantly, I'm looking at two actions: Go with...

PMD (Pump Mounted Driver) Issue Must Read

I'd be very careful on that offer. His "wife" might be "Kayla" and all you'll get is a firm handshake so to speak. Oh, and I'd love an 8N. A buddy of mine bought one with no welds, new tires, and a new radiator for 1500 bucks. If any of you end up in hell, you'll see him there for this alone.

    Over heating

I did it in conjunction with my oil line/cooler install. Do I need to clean my brand new oil cooler? I'm inclined to believe that the crap in the shop vac and the crap lying on the driveway that dried and was swept up would indicate that my efforts had some effect. Also, it ran one index...

    Over heating

I pulled the top of the fan shroud off so I could get between the condenser and the radiator. I used a shop vac to pull out about four hand fulls of bugs and stuff. Then I soaked the all the exchangers with a garden house and shot at a low psi - 60 I think - from the compressor nozzle. It was...

PMD (Pump Mounted Driver) Issue Must Read

I thought the 8N was a gas powered tractor!?!

    4WD converting itself to 2WD

I've seen what RockAuto offers. It looks like a two wire, plug-and-play affair. I'm not following the tap discussion but I'm about to start a search on your posts.

    4WD converting itself to 2WD

Googled the TLA. By the description I read, my guess is that it isn't designed for continuous operation. Even if it was, I've had problems with the system popping out of gear. Maybe it's been going south for a while.

By the bulb, I meant the one behind the display that illuminates to indicate engagement.

    4WD converting itself to 2WD

OK, so I forgot to pull the thing out of 4WD High when I left the ranch and drove 55 miles that way. I noticed it yesterday but the funny thing was that the light wasn't on and it didn't drive like it was in 4WD. I checked the bulb on the display and the 25 amp fuse - both were OK. Any...

PMD (Pump Mounted Driver) Issue Must Read

Perhaps the mods should allow "Kayla" to return. Even a guy pretending to be a female is better than just having the one long-suffering Missy Goodwrench.

A/C for dummies - where does the orifice tube go?

I've always been uncomfortable with the term "orifice".

Is it normal to hit 1100F unloaded?

I'm holding my neighbor's cat hostage for coincidentally the exact amount of a Warpspeed 4" and crossover.

FTB 2.0 Stainless. Now available at Walking J

Immune? I've been infected. I'm having C4-C7 replaced in about 10 days. If he'd come to my garage and install it, I'd be positively deseased! Really, I made an ass of myself thanking one vendor for another's product but really I want to thank all of them for their efforts to keep us all on...

Did I say it was OK to take 80 bucks out of my wallet? No! No, I didn't but it sure looks like you did! You'll be hearing from me soon, mister!
