Thats not bad at all.. only problem is shipping. I can pick it up from my buddy on the way home. Just sound I think. Better mileage will be nice, but I'm looking at a predator for it. I won't run it more than +65hp, so EGT's shouldn't be a problem.

That's what I'm thinking.. get rid of the muffler and if I don't like it then go for the silverline. How do must people remove the muffler? Torch it off and weld in a new pipe?

I'm having a hard time deciding between cutting off the muffler versus buying a 4in turboback silverline stainless steel from a friend for dad's '02 lb7. Anybody want to steer me one way or the other?

I can't imagine how bad that wrapped up in the clutch.. I blew one at 65mph on my nytro and it was horrible!

What do you mean by "limp mode"? My 2000 shifts real hard sometimes after it can't decide to stay in or out of OD.
