Project truck for sure (what vehicle isn't a project for a gearhead?) but that interior looks nice! Plans for it? Always did like that body style 'Burb.
Woot! Back together. Had a ground strap (wire....not heavy enough) problem last night so I didn't get it started. Used a 14" 4-gauge I got from work and no more problem. Runs great. After driving the 'Bird for the past couple weeks it's hard to tell if there's any power improvement or not...
91 LX w/ 89 Supercoupe drivetrain ( :D ) Nothing like a supercharged 3.8 V6 5spd in a light(er) LX body. Fuuuuuun time!
You're not the only car nut. Waiting for a few things to get out of the way and some more funds so I can start on my '87 442 project car....................................I...
Bah that sucks, 3 weeks ago I was still getting my Thunderbird back together which is what pushed this into play; having something else to drive while I'm doing/waiting for injectors.
Almost forgot last night but I sprayed them down in some PB. After work today I'll give it a shot and hope for the best.

Not actually Raleigh. I'm just...
While pulling my injectors I have found that two of the copper washers/seals have seated themselves quite nicely inside the injector bores; they're wedged in there pretty good. Is there anyway of getting them out without pulling the heads and knocking them out? Can't feel any edge to pry out on...
Sweetness. Question answered. Thanks guys.
Stopped by a local shop that rebuilds injector pumps/injectors/etc and got a quote from the guy to have my injectors rebuilt. $35-$44 per injector. He doesn't get into the aftermarket any but said if I brought the hi pop nozzles he could rebuild my...
Is there anything to be had with boring the injectors? Me thinks it's dangerously overdue for new injectors for the Sub and I may have a local shop here rebuild them instead of buying new ones (unsure of that one just yet). I'm planning to get all the goodies for it eventually (GL4, ATT, etc...
Dropping by with a 94 K2500 'Burb. Wanted one of these (with a diesel) since I was 16 or so and now I finally have one @ 23. I have found early on that GM products and I don't really mix and this one has already left me on the side of the road twice in the 5 or so months I've owned it. Love it...
