    Make sure you get the transmission control module when you pull the engine or you'll have to source another to make yours work. Also while the engine is out it's the best time to pressure wash the engine bay and clean all those grounds while your there. Might even consider repainting the engine...

    The manifold is the second worst place to mount the PMD. Best is outside the engine bay (IE: Heath kit w/seven year warranty). Sounds like PMD to me but best to wait till someone else chimes in to be sure. You said you wern't sure if you got steady flow from the t-valve whe running the lift...

    Headlight switch troubles

    I installed the heavy duty headlight harness from LMC and noticed that the switch doesn't even get hot now. I also put a diode in the back side of the relay connectors for all four headlights on, no problems since.
