    Confused about Why It won't Start

    I am the new owner of the 1994 Chevy 2500 6.5L Turbo Diesel. I am very knowledgeable with diesel engines and build/work on/modify VW diesel engines on a regular basis (probably 15+/year). I've even rebuilt a few Bosche VE Rotary Pumps before. Anyway, I've done quite a few things to the truck...
