What about a vacuum controlled wastegate? The previous owner on mine set up a t-bar system that he tied into the vacuum system which does the same thing as a mechanical wastegate.

I have another simple question, when I open my gas cap, I get a hissing sound, so I know there is a buildup of vacuum in the tank. How much is too much? Do I need to get a ventilating gas cap? Lift Pump precautions?? Thanks, Nick

Ok, so I found out I have for sure a 4.10 rear end. Then I am also running 285 tires, which I believe are 31-32 inches tall. As for the Alternator, It looks like the pulley is pretty small, how much can that affect the RPMS? Lastly, what is the gas tank in these beasts? 30 something gallons?

I don't know if my problem is anything to do with yours, but I cannot get my truck to start sometimes. It is random when I go to start it and I hear clicking, but no starter engaging. Sometimes it is fine, others I have to push start it. I am thinking it could be a bad ground??
