    Hinge pin repair

    I replaced door hinge pins and worn bushings. Easiest way to do it, I think, is to use engine hoist. I lifted the door up just so much to take the load of from the hinge. I used a shield between door and fender. First I removed the spring, then pins and the bushings. Installed new bushings...

    Home made aircleaner. I took off the original airbox. Machined connection piece between intakepipe and cleaner. I made a holder for the connection piece, so that it will hold the element in the air. Element I used is Accel Kool Blue.
