Just got my truck back today. Not sure how they did it...but they used bad balance rates on 2 injectors to replace all under the special policy. Also said they had to replace the sleeves. I did ask any questions...just happy to get the truck back with new (rem) injectors. Only thing I told them...
I don't remember how long...just remember thinking (When is that thing going to be done!) it's been a while since I used it. I have a generator now:D
Yes it was worth the money and the wait, to me.
You can have good balance rates and bad injectors.
Bad balance rates will not get your injectors replaced under the special policy...but it does happen.
Yes, you can remove the Cat with out setting a code.
Plugging the EGR will set a code.
Yes, there are LB7's with Cat's and EGR's!
The service manager is... and always does:mad5: But the Tech's "that actually do the work" do good work (that's what counts to me) and the one time I had an issue they fixed it on the spot.
