Thanks for your input so far very helpful, do I need to replace the nuts to new ones..? And only if I lived in the US life could be a little easyer having a Chevy but we get by so there be no problem with tools...And I get parts shipped from NJ to Norway by boat or that big silver grey pigeon...
bk thanks for great write up... when you test do you use a special testing fluid .... if you use diesel what's the temp, its that I read some years ago diesel should be used at 104F (40c) to have the right velocity for the right measurements & Testing Fluid at room temp 70F (21c)
Has anyone tried putting there old DTR`s on e-bay, they must be worth a few bob, new or used sort a thing...and no I'm not in the market for buying haven't had chance to put my DTR stickers on yet.:D

The injectors you purchased, Stanadyne part number 38275, although officially marketed as “marine” injectors, are frequently used by truck...
Just that Delphi, Denso, Continental, Bosch, Stanadyne are in the same corporate & if you go into Stanadyne web site you read everything in Chinese "Fo-od For Thought" :D :D
If my mind severs me right I put some heat on it and put two large screw drivers in the air holes on the rotor to helppull it of & kept it in 4x4 so when you reinstall the shafts not going to move to far.
Mine started playing up a few weeks ago after checking that I had at lest 13volts coming from the feed pump I did a flow check: put some tubing on the Tap at the front of the engine long enough to hang over into a clean plastic 1 US gallon container, open the tap 5 full turns start if you can...

This item is situated on the top of the IP where the diesel hose is fixed.
