I dont know if linking is allowed, but this is manufacturers site: http://www.espar.com/html/products/technology_coolant.html
I have espar (eberspächer here in europe) Hydronic 5 It is basically small oil burner which is controlled by timer or remote control or phone and it has own waterpump...
I'd say they are heater power wires.. i had wirel like that, with factory connector melted causing problems with heater, i removed factory connector and grimped some new connectors and heater is working again..
pulse width = How long solenoid is closed
pulse widht what tech 1 or gmtdscan shows = how long time it takes for solenoid to close
so two different pulse widht...
did you installed old style non egr intake which doesnt have ready hole for IAT sensor?
IAT sensor has approx ½" thread and gray plug on it on top of manifold..
Plungers travels same distance at all rpm's so pumps mechanical ability to pump should be same at all rpm's. Only problem is how to get enough long pulse to solenoid
With my program you wont ever see 25 degrees advance, i dont want broke any pistons.. Optic bump makes more advance, but it also adds fuel.
This is intresting part, there is formula how computer calculates pulse width, and it is what should be changed..
Computer adjusts idle rpm, and main factor what it uses is ECT.
There are lot of different calibrations from gm, but most lowest idle is 562 RPM when coolont is in right temp. It idles more if colder or hotter.
And amount of fuel is way how it adjusts idle. it adjust timing on all rpm's too but...
Maybe you want consider doing that, it will add some power and fuel table what i use allows doing it without causing on/off throttle feeling. kane, kuutio (and i think slim shady too) have optic bump and they are happy how throttle works.
I cant remember price for hose, but i think those clamps was something like 5€ each. I decided go that route after i was pissed of trying get leaks off from that original hose, it always turned very dirty and some of oil dripped over engine and down from there..
