DIY BD1 Programming - Burn your own chips!

I personally like my 6.5. I actually prefer the bucket seats and the handling on the road to anything I can think to compare it with. My wife can't figure out why I won't turn loose of it. However, I'll be honest and say I would get attached to a d-max too. Or even a nice cummins.

Personally, if I couldn't find anyone to pay 300, I'd try less than that not more. Ten guys paying 200 are better than one guy paying 1400. One way to stop ripoffs is to make it so that it isn't worthwhile. However, as stated before, it is their right to do as they please. Seems as though...

Also, note the attitude of thedrip in immediately removing anything that he believes is not legal. He isn't fussing, just complying.

DIY BD1 Programming - Burn your own chips!

One thing for certain. I believe that anyone who develops or innovates is due a reward that the market will bear. I have no problem with anyone charging whatever they desire and withholding their real and intellectual property to their own person or sharing for a price. The reality with...

And I think that explains the way guys with old trucks feel about paying new prices for old technology. I've been in disbelief that the door has been locked so long.

I've managed to learn greek, but the tables look like a foreign language to me. I'm scared to just change parameters and find out what happens.

I think it would be safe to say that some folks are mad at you and trying to make trouble. Keep on trucking. Rainstate and Fermanator are an unstoppable force to free the poor man!

I can burn you the chip fermanator developed. you need a carrier adapter to make it work. Short answer, yes you just need to change the chip. I've done the same with my '94. Why are you changing the 5068 out? Is it bad?

DIY BD1 Programming - Burn your own chips!

I have had brake switch issues with mine that affected it in the past, but never slippage. But that's a hardware issue, not really the transmission. I think I am more interested in the torque converter behaviour than anything else. I actually like the way mine shifts right now. I assume it's...

It definitely wouldn't be possible without you guys. I guess I need to look at getting an emulator for my truck as well. Can you post the files that are working well with the shifting added? I'm curious how the holsett and gm8 would respond to the att tuning.
