Well right now it has 4.56 gears in it!!! So 4.10 will be better, and I have the gears already. This truck will be a worker and not a highway cruiser so Im not worried about getting anywhere in a hurry.
They are 12 volt glow plugs in the cucv. The resistor block on the firewall drops the 24 v down to 12 volt.
A military humvee H1 does use 24v glowplugs.
