Dune grapplers suck on the street. I have not had one customer happy with the handleing after having them put on. Mud grap way to Loud IMO.
Toyo or BFG is where it's at
There also nearly no tread depth on the dune grappler. Nitto says expect 30K if youe lucky on the milage. I think thats...
I had the same problem with Nitto and have spoken to them many times about it. I swaped them out for Toyos and what a difference.
The compound on the Nittos causes the wondering problem.
No we use factory gaskets on the Trans pans and RTV on diff covers if there is a problem. Sorry for mis understanding.
Thats what I get for multitasking:nono:
I do agree in a sense but Have seen this also work on many occassion.
I'm willing to put a beer on it if you wanna put it on and give it a shot.
Maybe he's just happy with the newfound sound and his right foot has been happier then normal:sifone:
The oring on the diff cover nearly never leak. We have had a few trans pans leak but now we just toss them and use Greatstuff RTV. You don't have to use the Oring.
Ray you are correct. The problem with cranking torsion bars and replacing the keys is for one you will always fight alighnment issues 2nd the ride quality goes in the dump.
I wouldn't have a dry filter.
Bud, next time buy the AFE recharge kit. AFE's oil has a propietary products in the oil that won't contaminate the MAF sensor. You can use there oil and cleaner kit with any filter.
Im not asa big fan of ISSPRO. We used to sell & Install alot of them, but we had tons of problems with the controllers. Not sure if they fixed it or not.
We do sell autometer and Diprocal Optix guages. The optix are Very nice and reliable guages.
The cobalts are my choice for autometers.
The prodigy is IMO is the best electric controller on the market. Sure others will do the job but If I was going to spend the money it would be on a prodigy
with your diesel you will likely not notice a very big difference in milage . Likey no running on the 225's either.
If your looking for a road tire the BFG rugged trails or even the mich Cross terrains would be a grerat choice. AT tire it's pretty hard to beat the BFG KO.
We have products for the Big 3 but specialize in PSD's. I'm a former GM tech and have done alot of work on the proving grounds.
Thanks a lot Nick. I really try to pride my business in getting the customer what works best for them for the money. It's not all about sales or upselling to a more...
Nothing like pulling up to a ricer or sports car knowing you can smoke them. Man does my rig smoke.
