Need to know what your running and from where? I've ran roll bar lights into an enclosed water tight box right under bed (each light was on seperate circuit/fuse) then ran out of that up the rails with 4ga wire to a ford started relay on the fender. Just make sure its watertight and easy to get to.

Try charging the battery and make sure all accessories are off. I hadd this happen and just closed out of everything started the truck and drove it for 10 minutes and tried again and all was good. ECM is very sensitive to voltage drops.
