I talked to Rob last night and the USPS up there is losing or damaging alot of the shipments. Mine was sent back to Rob damaged and he had to recut some more after being lost for a week. It's alot sturdier than the first stand I bought and the base is all that stays in the truck when I don't need a laptop stand. The base is pretty much out of the way and seldom noticed.
