The fuel pedal it self is very common to go bad. Mine went bad in my truck. If you would let off the pedal at a red light and go to hit it when the light went green the "service throttle body soon" light would come on and the truck would idle but had no throttle response. Pull off to the side...
The last time I had it I used medicine and it didnt do a damn thing. I went on vacation and went swimming in the pool. It cleared up in 2 days! I think the chlorine helped!
Funny story.... I was in high school and before class started my buddy came into class and sat down at his desk. A few...
Ya If you can post before and after pics! Are you doing the rear only?
I wonder what it would look like to do the frame as well? Or of its even possible?
I agree with truckie! My 6.5 tow truck would start and run perfect in the morning but after it ran (especially on a hot day) and you shut it off it would crank for about 30 seconds till it started. It would also start fine if you let it sit for about 3 hours.
It ended up being the lift pump...
Ill throw a vote in for S&B!! I have a afe in my dmax but got a S&B for my powerstroke and am extreamly impressed! The afe you have to pay extra for the very pointless "torque tube" :frown2:

Anyone going to the GM Nationals this weekend? I never went...
Anyone ever go to the GM Nationals in Carlisle PA? I was thinking about going to it but not sure yet. I got to the Truck nationals every year but havent been to the GM nationals yet. Is there alot there? Worth entering the Duramax in the show field? Hmmmm...
My dad owns a auto shop that also does body work so I just had the body guy help me do it and had to pay $50.00 for paint. They have been painted for about 15,000 miles and are holding up fine. The rear bumper is flaking a little from stepping on it and the front bumper has I think 3 small chips...

I agree. I dont run mine low much but I hate it when I fill the tank up and it takes a while for it to go to full. You'd think with all the money and the pain it would be if the diesel ran out of fuel they'd perfect that!
Now my 99 PSD down right scares me! You can drive it for 30 miles on...
Ill put another vote in for the absorber. At first I thought they where gonna be junk but now thats all I use!
If its sunny out and I get spots I use the "Fast Wax" by rain-x. Other companys make it but thats what I use. Gets the spots off and helps the shine!
