I have had K&N filters on my last 2 atv's and plan on getting it for my next! With the prefilter sock the filter really doesnt get to dusty.
I dont see what the big deal is :rolleyes5:
Ya my buddy has a rincon and thats kinda what I dont like about it compared to my Rubicon. The nice thing about some of the models like the Grizzly is they have adjustable shocks to make it stiffer!
Wow I never noticed they will be having Baja racing this year! That will be awesome to see! The best year yet was 2 years ago when they had truck pulls next to the monster trucks! ):h I have no clue why they never brought it back? :(
But ya I'll be there probably for Friday afternoon and all...
Huh I never saw a conversion kit like your talking about. Out of curiosity if all your doing it for is looks why dont you just buy a set of simulators that have a lug nut cover for 10 in the front? My 19.5's with 5 in the front had a 10 bolt cover. It would be alot cheaper as well IMO.
Huh it looks like a good idea! If you just wanted more fuel pressure why did you add the filter?
Good idea though! Its definatly cheaper than doing twins. IIRC the inline pump was like $100?
Does he have gauges etc.? It could be a number of things. Your buddy should be able to answer the some of the fuel pressure numbers and boost with a scanner. Also, whens the last time he changed the fuel filter?
Awesome!
I just remembered. When I started towing I bought some decent chain from NAPA. They had to order it but it was bigger thab 3/8 IIRC.
Hmm I usually use a combination. I know Lowe's sells a decent "logging chain" They have coated ones that seem to last longer. Also, tractor supply sells real nice thick recovery straps. IIRC there rated at like 40,000 :sifone:
Ya, I'd take your truck to get a alignment. They should also be able to check and tell you what is worn out in the front. Out of curiosity anything around 15K on those tires is great. For a "mud terrain" tire like that they will wear out in no time. The cooper is the best truck tire you can get...
Is it for your 05? It might not have one! There pretty easy to do. I did one on my last 99 gasser. There is a small panel under the dash on the passenger side you remove. I think 3 screws hold it in? Remove the plastic panel and the filter pulls right out!
