At MINIMUM I would recommend at converter, new clutches/steels, and a shift kit. It's not worth all the work taking it out and building it unless you're putting some decent stuff in. Doesn't have to be a top of the line Gmax kit, but something like a SC stage III is something to definitely...

This may be somewhat related to my pitman arm's failure. I don't remember what the stop USED to be before I put the Cognito UCA kit on, but now IIRC the sidewall of my tire hits my UCA before the steering hits any of the stops. With the 4wheeling I do it wouldn't be surprising if a few times...

IMO, ALWAYS do a full install even if you don't have to. No point in going through so much trouble to install&setup a new OS; it's really not too much work to clean and backup everything anyways. I'm currently running XP Pro and 7 Ultimate dual boot on my laptop, but I may blow the XP away...

Krylon Fusion for plastics has held up extremely well on my lower air valance... The plastic has been smashed and shattered a few times and the paint has held up with no chipping, cracking etc.

I've also heard mixed results on putting a Scanguage on a 6.5... Might be worth a try though, but I'm not sure if it'd work with your '95.

Ice buildup in the fins would've made it a LOT cooler. While it does block airflow, if the outside surfaces of your radiator are cold enough to keep ice, you can be damn sure your coolant is pretty cold.
