I would say the turno is on it's way out again. You are overboosting most likely due to a Vein failure very common in the 6.0 (and now 6.4)

Original owner does not apply. The year and mileage on the truck is all that matters. Atleast in my nek of the woods they don't care if you are the 10th owner of the truck as long as te year and mileage are within perameters
