i just read your other post. when did the problem occur. is it possible your fuel return line is pinch'd. have your checked the sock in the tank. i know that i am asking a lot of questions but it helps form a better idea of the problem.

a regular tach will not work on a diesel you must have a diesel tach. that being said the first 2 pins on the alt where the white and black wires are are for the tach connection. wes

correct me if i am wrong this year does not use the center force relaase bearing and used a clutch fork so dont forget to look at the pivot ball on the case. it should have a small tit on it about 3/32 dia if i remember correctly. these damm things will cause so many problems. wes

cheap diesel we have a couple of stations having a fuel war going on. fuel totay was 1.74/gallon shell/chevron stations intersection 529 at eldridge northwest houston, tx. i bought 120 gallons last week at 1.71/gal.
