No power could be many things. Clogged sock is likely. Make sure to put a clear line on the return side of the pump. This wil let you see any air bubbles that are in the system.

And i found the info on flywheels i was talking about.
The J-code flywheel for 6.2s and the SM465 HD trans is casting # 14050525 and weighs 45 lbs.
The C-code flywheel for 6.2s with the NP833 is casting # 14022675 and weighs 31 lbs.

Are you going with the lightweight flywheel that came with the 833, its been a while since i looked but i saw two different one listed before, one was 30 lbs and one was 50 if i remember correctly. Course this could all just be coming out...
I push my 6.2 HARD, constantly see's over 3000 rpms, cruises over 2500 rpms on back roads, highway speeds push me over 3000 rpms
It just doesnt seem right to keep the rpms low, the 6.2/5 family are not to be grouped with any other diesel engine IMO,
And of course there is my top speed, 80...
