Any Updates.....the wait is agonizing....
Actually I'm in the process of building one also, and came across this post looking for Injector line compatibility and thread size.
Anybody know if all Chevy diesel injectors use the same size nut, on the injector side?...would narrow down looking for...
Thanks...I love Mcmaste-Carr since there is one about 30 mins from me.
Which shim stock would you use the Full Hard Temper or Soft (Annealed) Temper ?
I would venture to guess its the Hard...as long as I can Punch it out....and then again there is the type of stainless 316,302,301,304...so...
Did you ever find out what Material was used for the shims...I would think brass would be too soft.
Also anyone else have any luck punching them out?
Great thread info in this thread thanks to OP
Did you install them yet or test them?
I just picked up a set from Ted's..opened them up to see the nozzle they rebuild them with, and there were no markings on it...so I guess there using no name nozzle's...
Check Ebay for seller arppop, he is always selling used PMD's on ebay. I recently put an Optic Sensor in after mine crapped out. I recently contacted him for
another one (spare). He says he no longer list them, because for 10$ it aint worth the listing fees... but he still sells them.
Anybody see the Bullet proof Tires in action?

Does the bracket match up to existing mounting location?
I think I found out who makes the Nano Filters for Amsoil....it should be this one https://dynamic.donaldson.com/webc/WebStore/search/item_detail.html?item=11371
Darn I was Just about to upgrade to this filter. Anyone have a clue who the manufacturer of this filter is?
I found an interesting comparison of this filter...looks like amsoil eaa111 was the best.

Not really...I used a punch or screwdriver on the old seal ...hitting it in on the side to deform it, allowing
access to pry it out. For the install just uses a correct size piece of PVC or something similar to smack it in,
if you dont have a seal install tool.
I had weather tech for couple years....I was disappointed. Snow was the culprit.
Mine would leak at the rear edge by the door because my truck has a slope there.
I found that under the trim and carpet water would stand, and start to rust because of that.
My solution was to purchase Husky...
Looks like that bypass restriction might just be for the dual stats.
Also looks like ACDelco #251-603 has a press on pulley (spin on ??)...
Is there an Equivalent Pump that uses the non screw on/or pressed on pulley for the other style clutch?
Isn't there also some 1/4 size hole orifice that heath uses to balance?.... as seen in this thread http://www.thetruckstop.us/forum/showthread.php?11413-88894035/page3
or does this pump come with that?
