Marty try using a 5 of clean diesel directly to the IP and see if it helps. May have to run for a bit to clean some of the dye out- ak diesel driver

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....
I've reused intake gaskets several times. Just inspect them good. On the dye some people have issues others don't. Don't know what the variables are , maybe fuel quality, maybe optics.- ak diesel driver

At 25 I'd be experimenting with 2nd. Higher rpm will help cool the motor more. More coolant flow and more fan speed- ak diesel driver

The only thing to watch out for is the tiny vent hole on it. Other than that I couldn't find a chemical in my shop that would hurt the diaphram inside.- ak diesel driver

My new garage.
Around here they're pushing the zip system. It's designed for use in a remote system but they're pushing it for use in regular construction. Recipe for disaster if you ask me.- ak diesel driver
