    A dry or seizing U joint will sometimes be accompanied by a squeek squeek squeek at low speed take offs.

    The 6.5 done right could get the job done, I would say the rest of the truck is lacking to handle that much weight. It would be like the tail wagging the dog. ):h

    Could it pull it...yes Mountains or flat? Long or short haul? Should you...Check the GVWR of the truck, some provinces and states very strict on this. That is probably getting close to 3 times the weight of the truck.

    4WD doesn't engage

    Fuses? when my actuator went it kept taking out the fuse. Same with an old Jimmy I had when the switch went on it, it would pop the fuse (only when truck got warmed up) when truck was cold it would engage fine.
