    I'm afraid that your fate is sealed. You will probably have to replace the evaporator core. I have done this, takes time, but be patient, take your time, and it can be done.

    I was using KOKO to learn because I was moving IP itself. With genisys, I cannot set my TDCO.

    Take your time, bag your bolts in baggies, and mark them. And if all else fails, take pictures. The more the better!

    I used Genisys, but only to see my TDCO. I used KOKO procedure to learn, and then adjusted the pump to what I wanted. Otherwise, genisys cannot help us.

    As far as stainless goes, I always thought that it was harder, therfore tougher thread engagement. Brass seals beautifully, so I was just assuming. But you know what assuming does!
