You are running a Heath HP4 chip.
The only way you are throwing that code is if the MAP sensor on the intake is bad - I remember the wiring to that sensor being weird....I had to have the connector zip tied to the sensor to get it to make full contact...
Also, the previous owner had...
The APP is bad.....trust me....
Replace it with the one from your other truck and everything should be good to go unless the tranny shop F'd something up....
It is the APP causing the issues....
Swap it out with one from your wrecked truck....it is just the 3 bolts holding the pedal assembly to the firewall and the electrical connection.
The APP in the old hotrod is a flaky one....I had to pull it out once in a while and clean up the...
LOL!
In that case, cut the return lines as close to the clamps as possible. The OTC injector socket will fit over top of the injector even with clamps on the return nipples....
--> I do realize that you are already done the project....
Pull up your skirt and give the return lines a 'man sized pull' and the lines will come off with the clamps....at least that's how it has worked for me on the many 6.5's that I have swapped injectors on....maybe if the lines are rotten it won't work???
LOL!
That's what my first 6.5 ran with 4" exhaust, turbomaster, WTA intercooler, and 'F' intake.
A chip and marine injectors dropped it into the 16 second range...
There is no August Blackout this year....or at least that is what I heard from IDP (an affiliate of NADP here in Saskatoon).
How is the old hotrod treating you?
Take a friend. Disconnect the GP controller and have them whiff ether into the engine while you crank it. It should start up if there is no internal damage.
