I agree,Avast seems to be kick ass. The only time it slows anything down is when it updates,and that only lasts a minute or two.

so what does one do?turn the screw to the right for more,or to the left? and how much is too much of a turn. i do realize i gotta get all my other mods done first,but i will write this all down for when the time comes.

yes dual block heaters are awesome. i ran my 79 blazer(gas) as a crew truck up north in the mid 90's and one cold snap it got down to -52c and it was reading on the temp gauge when i started it up in the morning.:thumbsup: i still say that was my most fav truck ever.she is missed.i rolled her.

i always plug mine in anything below freezing.seems easier on it. the temp dictates the time that it gets plugged in basically. but i do know it needs injectors and maybe 1-2 glow plugs,so just looking for the best that has been proven.and do it all at the same time.

yeah,we get bloody cold winters where i live. but,if you're getting away with just the duraterms up there,i'll def be good with them too then.

i snagged cody's injectors,so tryin to line everything up to do it all during my xmas break from work. might see if leroy has any of his fancy glow plug removing tools left just incase,lol

ok,now that she is on the road(legally),it's tune up and add on time. first is injectors and glow plugs. is there a special tool ie:socket for the injectors that i should be looking for,or will a deep socket work? what would be the best glow plug out there,and does any of the vendors on...
